My Fitbit app on my phone is confirming that the watch is fully charged.
However, the Fitbit watch won't turn on and this happened whilst it was connected to the charger overnight.
I have cleaned contacts on the back of sense and prongs on the charger. I've also held power button for more than 15 seconds, and nothing has happened. I have tried different charger ports, but if the watch is fully charged, that's not the problem.
How do I get my watch to work?

Hi @lansy - it would seem your watch is not charging [or syncing since it was last charged] and the value shown in the Fitbit App was from some time ago - you can check in the app when. Also the battery may be flat if it wasn't charging.
If the sync time was from a previous charge and not that of the last night it could be a charge cable fault or need for cleaning again, check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
