I bought my sense about 2 months ago I so miss my Ionic😔.I charged it yesterday morning to 100% wore it for work today and it's down to 35%. Same thing few days ago charged to 100% and lasted 24 hours. I paid £220 for this watch does it come with a guarantee I am so disappointed. Taken virtually all the apps off the red and green light when I take it off keep flashing so that probably doesn't help. Can anyone advise me what to do please. Thanks

In my experience it lasts for 5-7 days unless I use GPS for tracking my runs. Another battery killer is the snore detection feature. If you do not use either of these, I would contact support, and claim guarantee.

Hi @Howells - as @LokeAa says about features.
You may have all features turned on by default.
Features such as snore detection and the SpO2 tracker app (see Gallery tile) can use as much as 4 days of the battery life alone.
See more details in How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life
The watch should have a 1 to 2 year warranty depending on country law (if it actually has a fault which is most likely not the case) and the quickest way to get it replaced is to take it back to the shop for replacement.

GPS is turned on when you from the excercise tile (swipe left) track a walk, run, hike, etc. I'm not sure if the SpO2 app is preinstalled on new devices. You can check by tapping your profile picture -> Tap Sense -> Tap Gallery - The Sense tab lists "My apps" - if SpO2 Tracker shows in the list it is installed, and running.
