Hi, @jon16923 , welcome to the community, try restarting your Sense. Clean the back of your sense again with warm soapy water and use cotton buds to make sure the "pits" in the back of the device are completely clean. Check-out Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  for further advice & guidance. If all else fails talk to "Customer Support" here

I hope this helps.

Hi, @Catburn7 , welcome. As suggested earlier clean the pits in the back of your "Sense", and check your charging port is "live". Have a close look at the 4 little pins in the magnetic charge cable fitting, they are spring-loaded and should move slightly. If you are unable to make progress talk to "Customer Support".

Cheers

I had this problem as well. The first issue was that I forgot to take the plastic off the back. But after removing it, it still would not charge. After messing with it all day, I took a closer look at the back and finally noticed that a very tiny, round piece of plastic was covering one of the holes.
