I tried logging off Bluetooth and then back on....nothing. Tried shutting down to restart but nothing. Any other thoughts please?

Hi @Peggy2021 - if you swipe your watch face left and tap on the Today app, do you see information, it may be necessary to configure the items to show?
If so try changing your clock face to a Fitbit one, if it's not already.

Delete the Sense from the app and then re-add it.

@Peggy2021 - as it is a watch issue and your watch is syncing fine withe the phone it would not improve the watch behaviour by removing it from the App.

True. If anything, maybe the watch face doesn't have the permissions on.
