Clock will not appear and any selection will not work. Devise is charged! Was there an update that I am unaware. My Fitbit ap on phone will not update and says I am not connected to internet. My Sense cannot locate my WiFi to connect. What’s going on?
I am having a similar issue with my Sense. Just the tile, reboot and still the tile, no clock or ability to get out of the tile whether rebooting while on the charging cable or not.
Thanks for letting me know it’s not just my Fitbit Sense. I just got mine to work. Google ‘Fitbit Sense not working’. The first thing that comes up says to press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds and then you will see the Fitbit logo appear. This reset mine. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone
