I set my Fitbit Sense up with a 4 digit passcode a few days ago(only have it for 5 days), and my fitbit won't unlock, even though the correct pin is being typed it. It asks for the passcode everytime I try to do anything when it isn't even supposed to ask for the passcode unless I take it off to charge.
It has somehow disconnected from my phone's bluetooth which means I cant change the 4 digit passcode nor can I shut it down. Im completely stuck. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and have only had the Sense for 5 days. Has anyone else had this problem? Im desperate for a solution.

Hi @Goforitfearless as long as you haven't removed the Sense from your Fitbit account, you are good.
If your tracker is unable to sync, let's look here.
You will use the app to change the passcode, then set the option for lock only Fitbit pay. Instructions found here.
As for having to re-enter the pin code throughout the day. This seems to be because the watch has falsely detected that it was removed from the arm.

Same issue with me but Sense is locked for too many attempts. I'm not synced to the app either to help me reset.
What should I do?

@Goforitfearless I would at start by looking at the sync troubleshoot link posted above.
Also you should stop your fitbit app, this should be done through the phones setting.
A complete shutdown of the phone may be needed and a restart of the tracker.
Also try clearing the fitbit app's cache.
Once it syncs, follow the link above to learn how to reset the pin number. Then please set the pin for fitbit pay only.
If you can't get the tracker to sync, we have a last resort of doing a factory reset.

I get a different problem.
The watch works fine until I try to use Fitbit pay. It asks for the passcode but refuses to accept it.
I can generally get back to normal watch operation, except for Fitbit pay of course which trigger the same problem.
I can't reset the watch until I go home. For some reason it will reset fine if plugged into the charger.
After the reset, Fitbit pay works fine again.
