Sense randomly disconnects to the phone and while trying to connect it doesn’t. Have been facing this issue since I got my Fitbit Sense. I’ve tried reseting, rebooting and every other method to make sure it stays connected but failed.
Hoping for a quick answer to this issue and demanding a software update of sense if software is the issue.

Hi @ShreyanshB - make sure that battery saving on the phone is not shutting down Bluetooth or the Fitbit App as it needs to run in background.
