Fitbit Sense recording sleep & I'm not wearing the device

Hello,

My fitbit Sense has been recording that I am asleep when I haven't been wearing the device 🤔

This has happened many times now.

Very confused & not impressed.

@Neng29, when you are not wearing your Sense watch, place it face down so that it immediately turns off the heart monitor. That should correct the problem.

😂 did you know your Fitbit devices also record random HR when the watch isn’t even on. Fitbit have known about the issue since 2014. There’s mentions of it on this forum. To this day it’s still happening.

Yeah, I noticed my sofa had a heart rate of 64 bpm last night. 🤔

I've got mine resting on the sofa at the mo. Wonder if it will say I'm asleep again 🙈😆

Wondering what mine will say when I sync it later. Frustrating.

I have the same problem and not fixed by putting face down.  Other suggestions?
