Fitbit Sense recording wrong distance every time I go for a walk but today it stuck at 1.59 mile...

My Sense is recording wrong distance every time I walk even though my route hasn‘t been changed.  Same route different distance recording!  Most of the time I lose .05 mile per 1 mile when I start the activity manually in my Sense.  If I don't start the activity the result is worse!  How did I find this out? When I got Apple Watch and wear them together, I realized that Apple Watch was announcing the completed mile but, Sense was showing only .8 mile.  I then confirmed with the milestone markings they have at the park.  Apple was recording correctly but Fitbit was recording way less if I don't start the activity.  However, when I start the activity, it is still not 100% accurate, once it is .05 mile off and other time .1 mile off.  I walk 10 miles a day and guess how many more miles Fitbit made walk when I wasn't using the activity app on my watch?  It made me walk 2.5 more miles for my 10-mile everyday goal.  It counts 2,250 steps per mile without using GPS.  When activity is used, GPS counts around 1900 steps to record a mile.  Same person different recording with and without GPS!

Suddenly, today, my sense only records steps and stuck at 1.59 mile in distance when I have almost 13k steps.  When I googled for it, it seems like this issue started in early July 2024 but by far Fitbit does not have a fix for it.  Why the heck I need this watch if it does not record the steps properly and give me the wrong information.  How can I trust this watch for any other features it offers?

When I walk without starting the activity why doesn't it start the activity even I have it set to start automatically when I walk for 10 minutes in my settings?  It works for RUN but not for WALK!  Have your QA test your devices for quality at all?  You don't use the GPS for tracking and then you claim your battery last for a week.  Just pathetic meaning less claim!  Of course, your battery that long when not in use, period!  When I run the activity where it uses the GPS, the battery drains like crazy!

Oh!  I more thing I forgot to mention.  Do not rely on Fitbit's Heart Rate or Sleep data because it is just pathetic and not true.  In 2020, my heart rate was close to 50 according Ionic and guess what, still got the heart attack on an Easter Eve!  Now, that the Ionic was recalled and I have Sense, its sleep recording is a 100% joke to me because when I cannot sleep and wide awake whole night it says I had a very good sleep with a score of more than 80.  Isn't that FUNNY???
