My Fitbit sense screen is not responding at all. Restarted it, Factory Reset it, software updated it, changed watch face, and everything, and the touch screen still won't work. Was working fine last week. No changes in activity, no swimming, screen in perfect condition.
Anything else I can try since Fitbit support told me to buy a new one?

Hi @HuRa - you have pretty much exhausted the troubleshooting. Only thing left is to tap it in case there is a bad connection inside, though it's pretty tightly packed so possibly might not help.
Don't be tempted to go for the more expensive Sense 2 with less features if you stay with Fitbit and also check whether your watch is still under warranty which varies by country. In Europe it's 2 years.
