Fitbit Sense shows time 1 hour Back and I can't change it manualy.

The last 3 Days I moved from Greece to Cyprus.

I have a time problem with Fitbit Sense.

It shows me that the time is 1 hour back.

For example the time is is 14:50 on my SmartPhone and on my Fitbit Essense says 13:50.

I try to find ways to change it through HealthWatch, SmartPhone, Fitbit Application and Settings in OS and still can't find anything that really works.

Greece and Cyprus are in +2 Hours in World Time Zone but in Fitbit days +3 Hours so also that need fixing.

This is a known problem.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings and toggle Automatic time zone off/on, then resync.

@PavlosOr  - it will be necessary to fix the sync problem.

As a first step restart both watch and phone and make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices on that can interfere with establishing a connection.

I already did that.

The watch are dead.

Has Black Screen the lights at the back doesn't light.

It doesn't vibrate or sound when connect to the pc or to the charger.

There isn't any Fitbit Email for Support.

The only way is the Live Chat that is disconnecting after 1-2 minutes if you delay and you must do all the troubleshooting again from the beginning.
The other way is to communicate by Twitter also is really lame cause they don't see your message immediately so it takes hours to have a full conversation.

The FitBit Support is Really Bad.

Now i have to buy a New Smart Watching and to give priority on Customer Support like Samsung.

@PavlosOr  - it would seem it is just your watch battery that is flat.

This can be because your watch needs cleaning or the charge cable is faulty, quite a common problem.

Check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If you need to contact Fitbit Support directly. They are also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Don't give up on your watch which is probably fine when you may only need a new charge cable. If it is still under warranty they should send you one, or you can get them online.

I've been having problems with my FitBit Sense for a couple weeks now.  When I finally thought to look it up, your post came up.  It worked in just a matter of seconds.  Thank you!

I recently had the same issue as @PavlosOr.. My husband checked the charger with his voltmeter.  It was dead.  Only cost a few bucks to buy a new charger.
