I had problems with the smartwatch getting stuck in the fitbit logo, I spent two days with the watch like this, even unloading and putting it to load again came back to the same screen. So support provided me with help and I followed the instructions provided and managed to resolve the issue. I will send you the step by step as it was done:
Hello de nuevo Igor,
Thanks for your prompt response and for providing the data.
We ask you to reset your Fitbit Sense by pressing the side button for 12 seconds.
In case the inconvenience persists, we ask you to perform a factory reset:
Do not connect the Fitbit device to the load cable.
Keep the button pressed for 8 seconds until the screen goes out.
Once the screen is turned off, you will feel a brief vibration:
When you feel the vibration, remove the button and immediately press and hold down the button again.
Wait until the blue logo will disappear:
Immediately remove the button and place pressed and hold it pressed ever since it feels a vibration.
Since they feel the vibration, leave the button.
This vibration indicates that the factory reset has started.
When the logo appears, you need to configure it in new:
How is my Fitbit device configured?

Doesnt work!
Best AnswerIndeed, google could restructure fitbit and make it giant, being able to compete with giants like Apple, Garmin and Polar. But what we see are weak updates that promise to eliminate past bugs, but without success.
Best AnswerFrom the picture, it looks like you were downloading an update, is that correct?
Also, you could try rebooting it by holding your finger over the sensor on the left side of your device for about 10 seconds to see if that helps.
