Hi - does anyone know how to track the swim on fitbit when using an endless pool? I have an app i use to set my speeds and distances in the pool, but the FITBIT just defaults to lengths (as set manuallly by me) when i stop - notwithstanding how long i have swam for. Is there a way to count strokes - like steps?

So unless fitbit has changed there swim measurements since the ionic there is no way to record anything reliable when swimming in open water or an endless pool. There are some fitness trackers that do a stroke count, but Fitbit only tracks distance based on the length that you set for your pool (which you can do under the settings within the swim exercise app). For those of us who do not do laps in a pool this is unhelpful. As far as I know fitbit has not changed this and it is frustrating.
