Fitbit Sense toggling sporadically

My Fitbit Sense will out of no where start toggling between the “long hold” screen and the time screen and then to another screen. It will do this when it’s not being worn and no one is touching the side button. Has anyone else experienced this. Eventually it goes into a mode where I think it restarts. Why is it doing this? This watch is only about a week old.

Is your clock face one that you bought or selected from the clock app?

 

Have you tried holding the side button until the Fitbit icon appears (restarts watch). 

Close Fitbit app 

Turn off phone 

Turn on phone

Restart Fitbit app

 

Basically restarting everything.

The clock face was a free one through the app. 

I haven’t restarted it since it just does it for me. I didn’t think I needed to restart it again.

 

Plus for some odd reason yesterday, my phone and watch lost their connection via Bluetooth so I had to restart it.

Try changing the clock face. Maybe the one you are using is causing an issue.
