I have an S21 ultra also, and I'm not having any issues pairing. Could it be possible that one of your devices need to be updated? Sorry this isn't helpful, but maybe it will bump and someone who knows more will see it.

Hello @BrandiJoiner, @CMitch06. Welcome to the community forums! @CMitch06 Thanks for your great input!
To set up your Fitbit Sense with your mobile device, you will need to follow the steps provided in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? If that doesn't work, please check: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, take into consideration that your mobile device and the Fitbit App should work well if your mobile device meets the requirements listed here:

Hope this helps.

Morning! I figured it out. My Sense was still paired with my old phone. Once I uninstalled the fitbit app off the old phone, my S21 Ultra immediately found my Sense to pair. I guess it was user error, lol!

My fitbit is paired with my S21 Ultra phone but the phone doesn't vibrate with calls, texts or calendar notifications. I've checked all my settings and can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

Your phone or your sense that does not vibrate?

Hello,
I believe it all depends on what phone you have. I struggled with same problem pairing and syncing problem with my Oneplus 9 since last April.
It would sync with my work iPhone every time I tired. Finally, I purchased pixel 6 as soon as it came out and guess, It would sync with it right out of box. I have no problem with pairing, receiving text messages or phone calls.
The bottom line, if you don't see Sense in your Bluetooth setting while pairing, it will never find it. I still have Oneplus 9 and I do not see Sense in bluetooth paired devices or previously connected devices. I see it both on Google pixel 6 and iPhone but not on Oneplus 9.
I hope the new update they just rolled out today help you. It didn't fix the problem on oneplus 9.

My fitbit doesn't vibrate. I even set It for a stronger vibration.

I don't have my old phone as I wiped it and turned it on for credit..I may Uninstall the app and reinstall it and see if that helps.

The same happens to me! And I can't connect it with my phone for the S21 ultra to stay unlocked, which it typically does with Bluetooth devices. I constantly miss calls & texts.
