I bought Fitbit Sense on 13th August 2021. It now won't charge as one of the 4 pins on the charging cable has recessed so it is not connecting. How do I get a new connector to charge my Fitbit Sense? (I don't use Twitter, nor intend to do so, and when I tried to initiate a support contact it seems like Twitter is the only option). I can't submit a claim for a broken band as that is not my issue.

Hi, seems you have found the cable problem that seems quite common.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They should send you a replacement charger under warranty.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Also consider buying a replacement cable should the next one go faulty too. Only a few dollars.
