Hi @Sal48 - the watch may need cleaning properly or the cable replacing, if the power source is ok. see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I needed a new cable one of the prongs was booking off, but I used a piece of aluminum to make contact it work it charged up. I order a new one. Thanks for responding.
