Since getting my Pixel 7 Pro, my Fitbit Sense won't sync without restarting the Sense, force stop on the Fitbit app and cycling Bluetooth. After it syncs, it will lose connectivity after a short while, so none of the Bluetooth related features work either, messaging, phone calls etc. I've tried the developer settings fix mentioned in another thread, no joy.

Update: A while back I was troubleshooting an issue with Android Auto and had disabled notifications and phone calls on my Fitbit Sense. Out of curiosity, I re-enabled them to see if they would work during the short time the Fitbit would stay connected after rebooting ( the only way I could sync the watch, reboot watch, force stop app, cycle Bluetooth, etc). Much to my surprise, the watch has returned to it's former glory, everything seems to be working!

A warm welcome to the community @M2theJ.
Thank you for providing the details about this inconvenience with your Sense.
It seems that you might have MobileTrack on. MobileTrack uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner). There you will see the devices linked to your account. If you see the Mobile Device Active option, tap it and remove it from the account.

Thanks @ManuFitbit, unfortunately I don't have Mobile Device Active enabled. Just to expand on what fixes I've attempted, I've also deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app, removed and reinstalled the device.
