Fitbit Sense won’t turn back on

Issue is like my old Fitbit Versa, battery runs out, put on charge, won’t turn back on. I’ve tried pressing the indentation still nothing. WTF? Pay enough for this watch not to have this issue obviously something Fitbit needs to work on!

What did you use to clean out the holes? tools and cleaner used?

Thank you for sharing your experience and troubleshooting. If your Sense display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: 

• Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

I tried this so many times it's ridiculous. This happened to THREE of my
watches. I finally sent the piece of junk back in when Fitbit offered a
complete refund. Totally done with Fitbit....I've moved on to a different
brand.
