Hi all,
My Sense randomly stopped working at 90% yesterday. I’ve tried everything to get it back up and going.
-Held the button for over a minute to try and get a reset - won’t vibrate or show anything on the display
-Been charging for 16 hours with nothing coming up on the screen (I have been intermittently trying the side button trick above)
-Changed wall outlet, no difference in charging
-The connection points between the Fitbit and the charger are clean
My app cannot sync to the device either. Had this happened to anyone? How did you fix it? I got this two weeks ago and not sure what is wrong

Cut your losses. Get a refund if you can. Get an Apple Watch. This happens to many fitbits between 18 months and 2 years old. Hopefully with all the chat about the same thing happening to so many fitbits, something will be done to change them. They’re too expensive to last such a short time!
Me too and will not be buying another fit bit due to its inability to track streaks correctly. Well I now own an Apple Watch - I would have gotten another sense, but they can’t fix the tracking and mine died this morning it charges but won’t come on other then the little blue box. Feel sad have used fit bit since 2007 .
Best AnswerYou're so right. At the 18 month mark, mine stopped working. I was shocked it costed almost $400 snd lasted so little time. I have another smart watch which I have had for a total of 6 years that still works and gifted once I got the Fitbit. So disappointed with Fitbit.
I am in the same club - 14 months and the watch appears dead - no “vibe” on button press - held for minutes.
Moderately expensive but I liked having the data - guess they are losing a premium customer as well as I don’t plan to buy another Fitbit due to this experience of reliability.
