Hello.
My watch got wet and then had problems.
Current situation: The watch does not turn on. No matter how much I hold the power button, it does not show any reaction. The red light of the sensor below it flashes sometimes.
Activities performed: I put it in the fridge for a few hours and after taking it out of the fridge, the device vibrated when I pressed the power button, but it didn't turn on. I also connected it to the charging cable and disconnected and reconnected it three times, the red empty battery symbol came and went on the screen, but the device did not turn on.
I have cleaned and dried the watch. Do you think of a way to solve the problem that you can suggest to me?

Did you check the charging cable to see if all 4 pins are protruding to the same degree?
If not, that could be the problem.
I’ve seen suggestions to put it in rice for a few days and see if it drys out moisture that may have intruded beyond the seal.
BTW,
Why did you put it in the fridge?
Thats a new one to me.

Yes, all four pins were protruding to the same extent. I measured the voltage and one of the pins had a voltage of 4.97 and the rest were almost zero.
Using a refrigerator or freezer is to shock the battery.
