I have had several issues with my new Fitbit Sense. The screen went black and would not respond to wake or touch and required reset last week. The device won’t charge despite cleaning the back of the device, resetting and trying multiple usb outlets this week. I should have waited to buy this watch. I spend more time in forums trying to figure out why it’s not working than I do wearing it.

Sorry for all the trouble. I do agree, something is wrong either with the battery or with the charger. You can contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask them to help you administer a Battery Test. They may also be able to supply you with other options to get you up and running again!
