To help you out, could you confirm if you refer to Alexa function on your Sense? Also, does it mute when the voice assistant is responding to your request? Please note you can always adjust the speaker volume. In the case of Alexa, just tap the speaker icon, then - icon or + icon. To learn more about how to use the voice assistant, let me recommend this help article.
