New watch sense worked for 2days. For 4 days now will not sync. Tried everything to sort it out. Mobile is a Samsung A10. Any tips please.

What is your app version?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & Support App Version at the top |
Watch version does your watch have?
On the watch Swipe left Settings Scroll to About Sense System info Version near the top |

I am having same issue where my Sense won’t sync. Have had the Sense for over a month and it has synced before with my iPhone 11. Currently am running version 44.128.4.17 on Fitbit Sense and the iPhone app version is 3.37. Is there a new release coming for the iPhone app? I read there is a new Android app version 3.37.1 to correct some bugs.

I got it working again with a restart of the Fitbit Sense.
