I have the latest fitbit app from Google play version 4.26 and using a Galaxy S 23 FE phone with android 14. The app says I need a premium subscription to view the readiness score. I thought readiness score was now free to all. I have tried on Sense, versa 3 and charge 5 to no avail.. Help!!

@Ozzie12 That feature is still rolling out. A moderator posted that it will take through September. My husband doesn't have Premium and hasn't received it either. The way the score is calculated is changing from the version I have as a Premium member. Even I don't have the new version. Fitbit/Google have not been very clear about how long this will take.

@Ozzie12 @tjmueller @LZeeW , Nice to see you all around . Thank you for your messages.
As the Readiness Score is being released for all users to have access to it, there have been some reports, that the Fitbit App is showing that you'll need to verify the Premium Account.
Our team is aware that some users still get the message, but it should be removed in the new app update.
Please make sure that you all have the new app update, released yesterday (v4.27).
We also would like to ask for a little patience if after the update you still get the message, as our team is working to provide everyone with access to the feature.
