Fitbit app crashes when opening Health Metrics tile

Hi,

Does the Health Metrics tile work in New Zealand? Every time I try to open it, it closes the Fitbit app. I have reinstalled the app several times but am still getting error message.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and for the steps tried on your own. While the Fitbit app shouldn't be crashing when checking the Health Metrics tile, I'd like to further investigate this matter. To do so, please let me know the model and OS/software version of your phone. Additionally, make sure the Fitbit app is updated, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and try one more time.
