Fitbit app keeps telling me I need to update new firmware

• I have updated fitbit to version 44 but the app continues to tell me to open app and update immediately. When I open app there is no update available. Since updating my watch the battery has been reading 99% for days. As soon as I close the app, the message to update immediately re appears

HI @Davo75 - what is the full firmware version of your watch, In watch Settings, About Sense,System info?

My firmware version is 44.128.6.21

I have done a factory reset with no change except the battery level in now reading correctly, the app is still asking me to update immediately

@Davo75 I suggest you try to follow the troubleshooting steps described in this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and restart normally your Fitbit Sense: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Thanks for your help, I have carried out the steps to no avail, I have updated the firmware 4 times but the notification still appears on my fitbit app coninually.

When I open the app sometimes it asks me to upgrade, other times there is no message to upgrade even though there is always a notification on my phones screen next to the app to upgrade.

After I open the app the notification disappears but within 15 minutes of closing the app, the notification comes back
