Fitbit homepage "Strength in numbers", and "Let's talk"

When I go to Fitbit’s homepage and chose “product support” one of the options are “Let’s talk”. It is not much of a talk when one of the participants is both deaf and mute.

Another option is “Find strength in numbers” “Expert advice to the latest news. It’s all here”. Where are the experts? With “Expert” do you refer to community members like me? I can only speak for myself, but even if I can answer questions covering basic functionality, I am no expert. Where are the experts?

We, the community members, are no experts we are Fitbit users trying to help other community members.

Fitbit, the company, have the experts. We need an expert who can explain to us why the sync problem so far is unsolved, and why Fitbit does not give us the opportunity to rollback. A rollback would be a temporarily solution, making users content again, while you buy yourself time to troubleshoot the malfunctioning update.

“Strength in numbers” In Norwegian we have a proverb “Felles skjebne felles trøst” it translates as “Common destiny common consolation”. Is our proverb Fitbit’s new slogan?

I am not incredibly happy wearing a 350 USD pedometer with an AMOLED screen.
