Fitbit Sense The logo keeps blinking. I tried to hold the button for 10 seconds to reset, and it makes no difference. This is a replacement as of today..

Not good to receive a someone else's non working watch as a replacement.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support again. They may be able to help you.
