I’ve had my sense nearly 3 months now and at first it worked great but I’ve just progressively getting more and more problems with it! It hasn’t synced for 6 days now and no matter what I do I can’t get it to re connect. It’s so frustrating as this isn’t the first time it’s failed to sync! I’ve reset my phone, my Fitbit, the app, done all the updates, removed from Bluetooth, disconnected and reconnected and nothing works! The screen also keeps freezing and then restarting randomly and today it is stuck on the wrong date (showing as yesterday) and the wrong time! It’s also stopped recording my oxygen overnight. I’m really thinking of sending it back but has anyone had any of these problems and been able to fix them?

I haven't had those troubles but I might try getting my fitbit to connect to WiFi and see if that works better. You can check those settings in the app:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2233.htm
I'd also try a different phone or tablet to see if you can rule out your phone as the issue. Good luck!
Pixel Watch, Aria, Pixel 7 Pro, PC

@amy0liver I am on iOS and usually restarting my phone works.. also if you see the wrong time, it usually means your fitbit has not been syncing.
Here is a few things to try:
-re-installing the app.
-shutting down the fitbit via the sense. Go to settings and scroll down to shut down.
Keep us posted on if any of this helped.

I literally just had this problem.. I had to remove the device from the app and basically reinstall it while setting up the wifi from my phone because it wouldn't connect to my home wifi and it works perfectly now.. hope this helps

Thank you! I tried this but unfortunately it didn’t work. The last resort is factory reset I think but I don’t really want to do that.

Thank you for the suggestions. It is already connected to WiFi which has been reset multiple times now. It doesn’t sync to my mothers phone either so I’m thinking it’s a problem with the Fitbit .

Hi, things to check that upset the issue.
Once your watch is disconnected and you want to reconnect, make sure that only the phone and watch have Bluetooth on, it makes it easier, possible, to reconnect.
If that doesn't succeed, try removing [forgetting] Sense and Sense Controls from Bluetooth then
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Click on + Set up a Device Follow the installation instructions |
Also if strange behavior happens, it could be a clock face issue, resolved by
On the watch Swipe left Click Clocks Select another clock, or Fitbit clock if there is one |

I am having all the same issues. I have an iPhone. Not sure if that matters.
I hav tried all the troubleshooting and engaged with a Chat person who went through the same troubleshooting tasks I did.
I am regretting buying this Sense. I have also had it for 3 months.
hopefully it’s an update or something. FitBit better fix this for us.

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to the recent update, if it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
