Hi, @Jangles11, welcome to the community, you are not giving us a lot of information here. May I suggest you use the search bar to look for similar issues? You will see that charging is frequently mentioned and that the performance of the charging cable is not stellar. You can check the state of charge on your device by syncing and observing the icon in the top right corner of your phone app today screen - when you place your device on the cable is it charging?
Please provide detailed information, there are a lot of community members out there ready to assist.
