Fitbit sense and Bluetooth and battery problems.

I used Fitbit for years, then switched to Withings. 

But, for Christmas, I received a Fitbit Sense which  is continually disconnecting from Wi-Fi and  Bluetooth on my iPhone.
 I had 50% battery left at 8pm but 2 hours later the battery was dead again. I hadn’t used it, I don’t use always on display. 

I want to give it back but can’t as it’s been used. 
So disappointed.

Hi @AllysonJ,.

 

The battery isn't supposed to be draining that fast. I'd contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and have them run a Battery Test. It's basically a diagnostic test to tell us what's really going on.
