Fitbit sense and Whats app call notications

Hi, I use a Pixel 6a on Android 13 with the latest software for both phone and App. I get message notifications to my Sense but I do not get call notifications. I will then miss the call, and a message comes on the Fitbit to say I've missed a call. I used to get Whats App call notifications, so wonder why it no longer does the notifications. All my settings (notification on the app and phone are set up to receive notifications are the phone is not in sleep or do not disturb mode.) Thanks in advance.

Hi @MadMacin - to make sure On-Wrist calls is working,

• in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Sense photo
• In the phone's Bluetooth click the gear by Sense Controls and turn on
• In the Fitbit App, click On-Wrist calls, it should say Done.

Of course phone and watch must not be in sleep or do not disturb mode and the watch must be able to connect to the app any time.

@MadMacin  I used to get the similar notifications for Whatsapp call. It never rang and just showed as a miss call later. For normal call the watch rings/vibrates properly. After the latest update, my watch is now showing the Whatsapp call, first I get a notification that the it is "Calling" and then it turns to "Ringing " and then when I the call is on it says ""Ongoing call". I get all these notifications on the watch.

I have not done anything out of ordinary. It happened after the update I giuess. Also when I get a Whatsapp call, it shows unidentified caller on the watch. It notifies me that there is a call even when the phone is on the silent mode.

Make sure your Fitbit device is nearby.
From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon.
Tap Notifications.
Choose the types of notifications you want to receive.
If your Fitbit device can receive notifications from other apps on your phone, tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.
