I want to log my aqua aerobic classes, as there is no water aerobics activity to select I see workout has been suggested on other forums but I wanted to know if my sense will be ok in the water without water lock on
Water lock is only for screen (blocks touches). Has nothing to do with device safety. It is ok to use any other type of activity in the water (your watch still is water resistance as specs says) but activity without water lock will not prevent water from sending random touches to the screen. It may result random pauses or even terminating tracking (same as you can observe when showering with Sense).
