Fitbit sense black screen and then reboot loop

My fitbit started to show a black screen and would vinrate when the button was pressed. The only time the screen showed anything was when it went to 0% battery.

I have now rebooted the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds but now its stuck in a reboot. All instructions i found online are not working.

Was there an Update that caused this?  I have the same issue.  It was working yesterday then all of a sudden when dead, tried to reboot now stuck with the Fitbit log and will not reboot.  I talked to customer service about this and they stated that there were several errors showing up with the device yesterday.  Seems to be bricked now.  

Now just waiting to hear back about what they can do or will do about the device.

I've tied live chat 4 different times today. My device quit working yesterday as well. I've updated and reinstalled everything that was suggested in the chat. Nothing. Now-live chat is down...very frustrating. My device is only one month old.
