Hi.. I am a new Fitbit sense.. Moved from Ionic to Versa lite to Versa 2 to now Sense.

Sorry posted before describing the problem. The first day after changing the strap to large, it fell down and display cracked. I used it as is with a screen protector after that. Now after charging it is totally black and tried pressing the power button till Fitbit logo comes but it didn't come. I am disappointed.

I would be disappointed too if I dropped and cracked my Sense. Have you tried contacting customer support?
