Fitbit sense can’t be detected phone & display is frozen with the Fitbit icon

Hi, I’m having problem with my Fitbit sense today after updating the Fitbit app last night. Currently the display is frozen with the Fitbit icon & I can’t detect my Fitbit through my phone. Already tried restarting the Fitbit using the 10sec tip & it can restart but remain frozen with the Fitbit icon. Already offload the app & reinstalled back. I also already remove the device from my Bluetooth list & restarted my Bluetooth a few times. I’m using iPhone & both my iOS & Fitbit app are updated to the latest version

Hi @Cass_Peter - did you try to run the "+ Set up a Device" in the Fitbit App which will go looking for the device and add it in Bluetooth?

It's not a problem with the app. It's the fitbit. I let the battery to die after my last posting and after finishing up charging it, finally able to restart the fitibit. Actually when it was recharging, it still was frozen with the fitbit icon on the display until i tried restarting it. Still not sure why this issue happened. First time encountering it. No problem with connecting with my phone after that. Scared that the fitbit sense wasn't working anymore cos I only recently bought it in May 2021
