Fitbit sense constantly freezing and restarting and disconnected from phone all the time.

Hi, am having massive trouble with my sense that is less than 2 weeks old! The watch constantly freezes and or restarts and is constantly disconnecting from my phone causing me to go through the set up again each time? I have tried the reset but still the same issues! Thanks in advance

Hi @Deanoallison81,

 

That's definitely not how your Sense should be acting.  Have you considered contacting Support and asking for a Battery Test?  Their link should be at the bottom of the page.
