Fitbit sense died all of a sudden

Hello 

My fitbit sense is 4 months old and has been performing well until the other day. It was at 85% charged when all of a sudden it just stopped working. It won't charge or turn on. It seems to be completely dead. Please can you help. I am new to community.

I came on here for the same reason. I have had my fitbit sense for just under a year, I put it on charge and when I put it in my wrist I noticed the screen is frozen, it's completely stopped working. What's going on?  I don't know what to do

Hi all, if you recently updated the firmware or got it wet, have you tried to restart it? How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also check that it is actually charging, often that can be a problem and the battery is flat. See the steps to check in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

If that doesn't resolve it try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If they confirm it is faulty the quickest way to replace it is no doubt over the counter where you bought it.

I have tried all you suggested but my fitbit sense is completely unresponsive. It was charged when it just stopped....then nothing, completely dead.Sent from my Galaxy

I held the side button for ten seconds till the fitbit sign came up and then it started working again, needed to sync with my mobile again first.
