My Fitbit sense keeps disconnecting from my phone when I close the Fitbit app but it is stil connected to Bluetooth how is this possible and how do I fix it?

Hi @Tarzan22  -  the Fitbit App should be configured to run in background so that the Sense is still connected to it. In other words don't shut it down if it's not configured right.

 

Battery saving can actually stop it running in background all the time.
