Fitbit sense is not starting anymore after a swim in the pool

I went for a short swim today, only 5 minutes, and when I came out of the water I noticed that the Sense shut down. Unfortunately I can’t turn it on anymore. It is not reacting at anything..! I had it already laying in the sun for 3 hours and now it’s in a package of rice but it doesn’t help.. It’s only 8 months ago since I bought it ☹️😞 what to do?

@Bryanschot Welcome to the Fitbit community.

 

You should contact customer support and see what troubleshooting methods they recommend.

 

You've tried to do a restart by pressing and holding the side button for around 8-10 seconds? If it works, you'll feel it vibrate and see the Fitbit logo.

yes I tried it several times but it doesn’t vibrate, nothing..
