Fitbit sense not recording calories correctly! HELP!!!

Hi , 

I've recently bought a Fitbit sense and have noticed that it does not record calories correctly - for example when I do a 5k run it says I've burned about 60 calories - when I record the same run using my phone it's between 4-500 calories which is more what I'd expect. 

Now here's the weird thing 🙂 - I had a Fitbit versa 3 which was fine and accurate but then started doing the same thing . I factory reset both devices and have followed advice on here - the sense is brand new but has the same issue - have I unwittingly amended some setting or is there something else I should be doing ? 

Any help here will be appreciated - I've tried all the resets already without success.

Check your weight.

Cheers for this - there was a typo in the weight which I've corrected and normal service is resumed
