Is anyone worried about fitbit sense watch quality? We have 3 fitbit sense watches bought in my family; In 2 of them, the screen comes off detached ; Once the screen comes off, there seems to be no way it sticks back again.

 

Luckily one of them had 2 year protection plan and was replaced by fitbit. The other was bought barely 6 months ago, and am currently working with fitbit support to see what are my options.

 

However, the whole experience has begun to create some doubts about the quality of these watches? At 200$+ for each watch, it really seems to have bad quality if screens are coming off detached that easily...

Hi @SUBH_.

 

Personally I haven't had any issue like this with my launch Sense. Although I have noticed a few of these posts with users describing the same issue.

 

Do you live in a hot or humid environment? I can only think that it's an issue with the adhesive used that can cause it to fail under certain circumstances.

 

Hopefully support will sort things out quickly for you.
