Fitbit sense restarting its own

I just brought a new Fitbit sense and it restart itself when I start an exercise( eg: walking)

 

issue happens sometimes its own and sometimes when trying to sync with the app during activity 


Am I the only one facing this issue

I am an iOS app user

and I use fitbits own clock screen

It is a known issue.
