Fitbit sense sensors are not working

Purchased the sense about 1.5 years ago.Now it is not showing sleep, and other statistics. I have cleaned the sensors multiple times, changed wrist positions made the sensors more sensitive to no avail. The customer support is not working .Now that google is in charged ???????.........

"not showing sleep, and other statistics."  other statistics is a bit vague - steps, heart rate, calories burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

As this might be because of issues syncing you Sense with your Fitbit app, I'd suggest having a closer look here for possible troubleshooting:

Also please check if there's an update available for your Fitbit app or your Fitbit device.

The sense fitbitvis not working appropriately. The sleep scores are not
registering along with SP02. READINESS AND OTHER SEEM TO BE WORKING WHEN IT
FEELS LIKE.

Isn't there a contact number from someone from Fit bit I can call for
further assistance.

It seems odd that Fitbit is now controlled by Goggle yet where does a
customer go with issues as the forum does not have a adequate response.
