Fitbit sense stopped getting notifications, app list empty. Why

I have a Fitbit sense, up until recently I used to get all my notification, WhatsApp, Facebook, ring doorbell, my bank, text messages, the whole shebang, now I get zero. when I go into app notifications its empty. I have tried updating,  factory reset, forgetting the device, deleting  my data, changing to US instead of UK, forced shut down, I've even completely removed it and added another Fitbit sense and its still the same. 

Did I miss a message where its no longer available.

Any help would be really appreciated, many thanks 🙂
