My Fitbit sense hardly one year old is not working. It is stuck on the Fitbit logo. Restarted many time same result, stuck on the Fitbit logo.

Not sure what cause it but I had wear it to swimming before 3 to 4 days when it happened.
I had seen few articles on stuck on logo but it only says to restart which is not helping me. I had called customer care, but after explaining problem to customer care executive call got disconnected and didn't even received call back, i am bit frustrated. I am regular customer of Fitbit from last 5 to 7 years.
