Fitbit sense tracking heart rate when not wearing it

My Fitbit sense seems to be tracking my heart rate for a few hours after I take it off in the evening. It’s tracking it at rates as high as 150. Has anyone else experienced this? My graphs show my highest heart rates in the later evening, but I know that’s when I am more at rest and not even wearing it

@VeronicaGV The optical sensors are probably picking up the reflection of the table or wherever it is laying. It is quite sensitive. My advice is to put the watch face down on the screen, not sideways.
