Fitbit sense vibrates excessively and won't connect to phone

Exactly as stated. I woke up, the Fitbit was fine. All of a sudden it starts to vibrate like crazy when I touch the side button, flickering the quick menu on and off. I have no alarms set, I've done nothing to it. It's fully charged, I've shut it down, reset it, and tried to link it to the app. It won't even sync in the app. It's like it doesn't exist. The green light on the back stays lit and solid even though it's shut down. It still vibrates like crazy. What is going on because this sure feels like a waste of 400+ dollars.
