which Fitbit Sense band color should I choose - white or black for male ?

Color is purely a personal choice as to which you find the most appealing for you, but the band choice affects the watch body color.

 

The standard colors are:

Band=Lunar White, Watch=Soft Gold Stainless Steel
Band=Carbon, Watch=Graphite Stainless Steel

So the choice should be oriented towards which watch color you prefer.
